I currently specialize in REO listings and sales. Experienced in handling and maintaining REO properties as well as completing pre and post foreclosure evaluations. I am always quick to respond to any issues pertaining to my REO listings or to new Assignments. All properties are secured immediately and occupancy status is done within 24 hours or less. Cash for keys is attempted on the first day of assignment and all follow ups are carefully recorded. Properties are re keyed immediately upon vacancy or as instructed by Client. Unless otherwise instructed by client all properties are kept on a maintenance schedule including but not limited to landscaping and lawn, sales and carpet cleaning as needed. All initial services are performed as per client's instructions including initial Trash Out, repairs as needed, securing of property, cleaning and landscaping. All REO properties are inspected weekly by me or a member of my team.
