I have a fascination with one of a kind things and I enjoy making sure that each transaction is a one of a kind positive experience! "Stress Free Fun Let's Get it Done" is my mantra for working with my clients and the community. Overall goal is to meet and exceed their expectations!
You can find me doing daily Random Acts of Kindness and/or visiting with members of the community & enjoying a good cup of coffee at a local coffee house. I treasure each referral and look forward to building long lasting relationship. My joy in life comes from my family and being actively involved in the community/networking with people.

| This is our 5th home (all new builds except this one) and our 1st out-of-state move in our 33 years of marriage. My husband and I are both retired and we have two active pups under two and a half so selling our home in North Texas prior to contracting was not an option. Thanks to my wonderful Merrill Lynch guy in Houston, we were able to pre-qualify by offering our retirement monies in investments and Diana accepted us as clients. She was patient with researching my husband's searches on Google and of course, came up with several good properties of her own. She provided maps, links to area towns/cities to Raleigh, links to interests we had, etc. The day we finally got over here to meet with her (after getting stuck in Atlanta the first try), we hit the ground running and Diana efficiently plotted our day. Midday, we happened upon a property that had just come on the market. She recognized what a great match the house was, how much we liked it, and rather than waste more time on other properties, she focused on the neighborhood and city where the home was --- an excellent way to utilize our time! Diana was there for us every step of the way, contracting, inspections, closing and after that. What luck it was having someone like her in this next chapter of our life! I call Diana #Exceptional! |
