.... I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dawn as she was representing the buyer of a home I had built.  At our first meeting I had never heard of 10th Avenue Realty, and did not know the extent of her involvement in the company.  I was instantly impressed with her professionalism and dedication.  Over the next few weeks, it was refreshing and rewarding to see the value I have admired show in the day to day operations in her business.  It was very obvious that the business Dawn had built was on a foundation of "Old School Values".  I look forward to future business opportunities with her and wish her and 10th Avenue Realty success in all they pursue.

Dear Dawn,
     Although much time has passed since our closing, I wanted to make sure that I conveyed my family's thanks to you. From the outset of our home buying quest, when we were fortunate enough to be pointed your way, through the completion of construction and closing, you gave us a feeling of complete confidence in your guidance, judgment and advise. We were very lucky, in that all involved with our purchase - you, the builder, and the bank - all felt to us as if they were on our team. Much of the credit for that feeling goes to you. From the beginning, when you linked us up with Sylvia, through your dealings with Al once we found the house, we had complete confidence in your representation of our best interests. You made us feel at ease from the beginning, and we felt that we were dealing with a friend, not merely a business associate.
     As we've tried to say, words can not express our thanks for all you did for us. Since children speak more from the heart than adults most of the time, this sums it up best: our children, Liam and Erin, still - after three months - take turns playing "Ms. Dawn."
