In 1977, David acquired his license as a Florida State Certified Master Electrician and established DTE Electrical Contracting, Inc. in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area. In 1998, David moved his family and business from Davie Florida to Brooksville Florida in Beautiful Hernando County and then acquired his Realtor Associates License in 2001. David specializes in all aspects of Real Estate including Vacant land for Residential and/or Commercial Development as well as Residential, Mutli-family, Commercial and Industrial acquisitions.
