| As first-time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect when we started seeing properties. Dan was able to get us into showings quickly and helped us see details about the properties that we might have otherwise overlooked. He also was great about giving us space during a walk-through, so my husband and I could discuss things privately. Dan guided us through the process and helped us write a successful offer on our dream home. He is great about communication and is really focused on getting the people he represents what they want. Buying a house can be stressful, but Dan really helped us understand all the details, timeframe, and listened to what we wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend working with him, especially if you're a first-time buyer. |

| I was amazed at his ability to bring by many buyers in a short period of time with his marketing system and did 2 open houses in same weekend, one for neighbors and one for buyers. It was awesome. He was extremely professional and sold our home in less than a month.The prior agent we used had our home on the market for 120 days and could not sell it. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to sell their home and or buy a home. His attention to details and to what our needs were was great. He is awesome! We will refer to all our friends looking to do the same. |
