My name is David Fox and I am a Mortgage Loan Consultant, operating out of Roseville, Minnesota. I have lived in Minnesota since I was a child, and continue to be impressed and inspired by the honest and courageous example of the people in this community. | My husband and I both felt the process went really well and was handled professionally. Start to finish the process only took about 45 days to complete and get to the actual closing of our new loan. We were able to secure a lower interest rate, reduce our monthly payments and still get some cash out to do a few minor improvements to our property. | Working with Dave Fox was a great experience he did what other lenders over the past three years were unable to do. I had attempted on two other occasions to refinance my home with the HARP program and my second mortgage holder NationStar refused to subordinate. Somehow, Dave was able to convince NationStar to subordinate and close on the refinance. Needless to say I am very pleased with his efforts and professionalism. |
