Get to Know Marla Hofstee
Design by Marla was started by Marla Greenwood Hofstee and focuses on working with homesellers and realtors to stage their homes for sale.
Marla spent 24 years in Manufacturing Management and Production Management for Walt Disney Imagineering in support of the theme parks worldwide.
After she left Disney, she began looking for opportunities in something more creative and focused on interior design and decoration.
Her interests also include real estate. She has followed the real estate market, especially in her local community of Burbank, California. She is a self- professed "open house groupie". In her visits to open houses, she has often thought about easy ways to improve the homes appearance.
She has taken numerous design courses through local colleges, as well as the UCLA Extension Interior Design program. Home staging is the perfect combination of Marla's skills and interests.
