ABOUT ME

I began my real estate career in Walnut Creek, CA in 1972. Early on I determined that the best way to serve my clients was to learn as much as I could, as fast as I could, to understand the industry. So I went on a fast track to obtain my Brokers License within two years, since I felt this was important to obtain. The preparation included many hours of classroom instruction in such courses as Apprasial, Finance, Trust Funds, Fair Housing and Legal Aspects. I attended several days in offsite classroom study to complete the GRI requirements, the coveted CRS designation and the CRB designation. Some classes were out of the area and some were out of state.

The satisfactory completion of these studies, together with the tools I have acquired have been beneficial in providing solutions to various real estate situations.

I am very proud of our industry and very thankful to be a part of it. I have been very fortunate and very pleased to have assisted the children of past clients.

In addition to working full time I am a volunteer at a local hospital in Walnut Creek in the Information Services section, as well as a member of the Golf committee. The work of the Hospital Auxilary has resulted in many thousands of dollars which have been given to the different departments of the hospital for new equipment.
