I'm new on the scene so I'm welcoming any suggestions or words of encouragement that will come here my way in Active Rain.  Well, aside from real estate I'm also interested in art, foreign cultures (my TiVo is stuck on the Travel Channel), volleyball, writing term paper topics, swimming and cooking for my friends.
