As a California resident for the past 20 years, Dee Jefferson has seen success in both the business world and in the exhilarating field of home staging and redesign.
Dee fulfilled a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Sales, Marketing and Advertising. She has worked for a variety of corporations and industries, specializing in Sales, Marketing and Corporate Training by demonstrating her creativity through trade show exhibits and product marketing.
For a number of years Dee had been decorating friend's homes as a sideline for her own creativity and pleasure. This valuable experience has allowed Dee to make use of her natural creativity and design talent in the home staging and redesign industry. In 2006 Dee officially launched Elegant Appeal, Home Redesign & Staging. Her specialized training includes interior design and home staging educational training. Dee is a graduate of Women's Initiative, a non-profit organization that provides training for small business entrepreneurs that focuses on "The Power of Women-Led Businesses. "
Dee brings flair and a passion for people to every venture she undertakes. As a self-made businesswoman, Dee has established herself with a series of entrepreneurial successes that all, in one way or another, is centered on people and fun.
