I started originating loans in 1991 in a down market. In 2006 i got into the real estate side of the Business Many years of experience has gained a great amount of knowledge on loans , Credit repair and finding the right negotiating skills for the situation. The one thing that sets me apart from other agents is: If I could not do a deal and it was in the best interest of the client I'd pass the deal on to someone who could. Sounds insane but reality is when you do loans you do not know every lender and every one of the 5000 programs out there with each of the little nuances. It is all about the client , not Me. I Have Been recently REO Buyer certified and become a Integrated Marketing Specialist certified. My clients gets what they need.
