I am a REALTOR® with the Gables Mavens team at DaSH – A Real Estate Company in Coral Gables, FL. I work closely with sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants, and brings diversity and well-rounded talents to the team as a student of consumer behavior.
A native Miamian (born and raised), I am a graduate of Florida International University (FIU), earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business (major: International Business) in 2000.
While attending FIU, I managed the multi-million dollar inventory of Hewlett Packard’s Latin American Distribution Organization in Miami. It was there that I became fascinated with logistics, metrics, performance analysis and the visualization of data.
Upon graduation, my interest in real estate and public service led me to the Department of Property Appraisal in Miami-Dade County where I spent four years learning about property valuation, the principles of mass appraisal, public records and condominium law in the department’s Condominium Division. While employed by Miami-Dade, I earned a Master of Public Administration degree from FIU.
In 2005, at the behest of my curiosity and adventurous soul, I decided to use my creative talents to improve the quality of life in my hometown by sharing my knowledge and experiences with those looking to buy and sell real estate.
I enjoy graphic design, reading, architecture, jogging, visual and performing arts, urban exploration, photography, airport bars, breathing, yoga stretches, music, public spaces, participating in subcultures and taking part in pseudo-intellectual conversations.
My team and I assist buyers, seller, renters, and landlords in Coral Gables and the surrounding area. We also have over six (6) years of experience managing, listing, marketing, and selling bank and corporate owned REO properties (commonly known as foreclosures).
Consumer behaviorist at DASH - A Real Estate Company in Coral Gables, FL. I observe people and things while helping real human beings buy and sell homes.
