As a past Physical Education and Varsity coach, I am very competitive and honest.  I have an establised work ethic and will give each client 100% or more.  My job is to take the stress out of the transaction and make the deal work, which takes skill and finesse to negoitate the most profit for sellers and the best deal when working with buyers as a buyer's agent. 

I have invested interest in  my career as a full time agent.  I hold my Associate Brokers license which means I could own an operate my own real estate brokerage.  I also have my ABR, and GRI, meaning Accredited  Buyers Represenatative which is helps buyer's agent do a better job, when representing buyers.  GRI is a designation standing for Graduate for Real Estate Institute which gives extra training on all aspects of real estate.  All three designations are nationally recognized designations.  This helps sets me apart from other agents, who just get their license, but are not versed in the idiosyncrasies that today's real estate market can present. Training and experience is what I can offer my clients whether they are selling or buying.  I want to make the real estate experience a "win, win" for everyone involved.
