I am an affiliate broker and Realtor located in the Memphis area.   My primary market areas are Collierville, Germantown, Millington, Tipton county, Bartlett, Arlington, and Lakeland.  I primarily work in residential sales with special focuses on military relocations to serve those coming to Millington NAS, midtown Memphis properties near The University of Memphis, and helping single parents discover ways to become homeowners. Why would you want to work with me?  Because my job is to find you what you want not what best suits my interests.  I believe every real estate transaction should have a buyer representative and a seller representative.  Each person in the real estate "deal" should be represented at the table.  Insist on buyer representation when you are ready to buy.  You want someone looking out for your best interest and not the interest of their seller.  When it is time to negotiate the contract, you want someone in your corner that knows the ropes and can get you the best deal possible for the lowest amount of money.
