| I'm not sure where to start,when telling of my experience with Deb Jobin.All I know is, I'm sitting in my dream home writing this.Since we met Deb,she has shown my husband & I all the expertise of a great realtor. She stuck it out with us.I had her showing us so many homes,your head would spin.(if I were her I would start to wonder if we were really going to buy) There were a few close calls that fell through.Nothing to do with her.I am not always the easiest person to deal with.I ask a lot of questions,and expect correct answers&want them asap.She never once showed any impatience with us.Like I said earlier, my husband & I are in a home we both love.I would & do recommend Deb to anyone looking for a great person to have in your corner when dealing with real estate.And we are so happy to call her our friend.It was a win win for us,great new home,great new friend. | We are so glad we worked with Deb and Renee for our first home purchase. We worked together nearly a year and looked at more properties than I can count. Throughout the process Deb was always available and immediately responsive to our needs, despite our very challenging schedule. From start to finish she was attentive, patient, and committed to helping us find the right home. She is super knowledgeable about everything we needed to know (regarding specific neighborhoods, tradespeople, sales/mortgage process; market trends, etc...) and helped us successfully navigate several obstacles along the way. She was involved in every aspect of our move, and everything she was responsible for went totally smoothly. Deb would accept our texts, calls, or emails at any time, and always responded immediately. Whenever we took a suggestion from Deb it was spot-on. She is very honest and steered us away from homes that would have been a problem for us, even though she could have profited. Deb helped us find an excellent mortgage broker. After the closing, she said to call her anytime, and she actually meant it. She has stayed in touch, and because we aren't from the area she's recommended places and workers for us and they've always been honest and reliable, just like Deb! |

| My wife and I researched houses that met our general criteria in style and price and Deb took care of the rest. She showed great effort to get us timely appointments to look at properties, a high level of knowledge and attention to detail of what to look out for (good, bad, and ugly) as we toured homes, always made herself reachable, and helped us negotiate our purchase price with the selling realtor with ease. This is our first home and I couldn't be any more happy with how our experience turned out. Deb made us feel comfortable with her professionalism, personality, and patience. She took the time it needed to explain items in clear, understandable detail to first timers like us. It was refreshing how Deb listened to our needs and didn't try to upsell us on something that we wouldn't be comfortable calling our home. Her only agenda was finding us our perfect home and for that we cannot recommend her enough. |

| Debra Jobin is an outstanding realtor. We recently sold our home in Bristol, RI. Even in this difficult market, she was able to sell the property for a fair price within months. She helped us every step of the way. We had our first grandchild and decided to move to San Diego to be with her. Because we were traveling back and forth between Rhode Island and California the logistics of the sale and our move were challenging! Debra kept us informed about Open Houses and possible buyers. She gave us a realistic view of our property so we could make informed decisions. Deb not only helped with the sale and closing of the house, she also worked tirelessly to assist us with selling much of our furniture and clearing out the house - her brother actually hauled away what we couldn’t sell or donate in his truck! She was our eyes and ears throughout the entire process. She dealt with a variety of situations, including having our solar hot water system up and running. She even worked with the moving company when they picked up our household goods. Ms Jobin was amazing throughout this whole process, start to finish. We would never have gotten through this without her patience, wisdom & support. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling property. |

| I had a property to sell which could be described as "difficult" - Two hundred and fifteen years old, nineteen rooms and in need of a good deal of work. Deb jumped in with no reservations and proceeded to do an absolutely excellent job of marketing the house. She was careful and considerate in setting up appointments for showings and gave excellent input and advice all the way through the selling process. When final negotiations began I knew I could count on Deb's advice for what constituted a good and serious offer. When the sale was concluded, she even helped me with the moving out/clearing out process! I should point out too that in a "down" market and a tough property, Deb sold this house in what I considered to be a short time. I can't recommend Deb Jobin highly enough! As a buyer or a seller, you could not do better! |

| Deb was fantastic to work with. Despite the fact that she knew we may take a long time to look and were in no hurry to buy, she stuck with us, showing us everything that was appropriate. She really go to know our particular needs and appreciated why they were important to us. I felt she got to know us well enough that she could have gone without us to a showing and known whether or not it would be the house for us. Deb is also an expert in historic preservation and has more than a working knowledge of construction, zoning etc. which is really important when looking at older homes or those you might consider doing work on. |
