| Over the past 10 years, Deb has helped me buy 2 houses and sell another. The two most important skills I expect in a realtor are experience and responsiveness. For every question I asked, Deb almost always referenced a past experience she'd gone through to help answer, which was very reassuring. I also appreciated how responsive Deb was. There were a lot of emails, texts and calls exchanged, sometime late at night and on the weekend, and I don't remember ever having to wait at all for Deb to respond.
