| Working with Debbie Sagorin and her team is an exceptional experience, she is your one-stop person for all things related to the ultimate real estate transaction. We recently sold our home with Debbie after just ten days on the market!! Six years ago we used her services to buy the same home. The experience was so good we came back, both times Debbie was utterly professional and personable, she invested her time to understand our needs, whilst keeping a respectful space for us to work out our personal plans during what is considered to be one of the most stressful life events, buying and/or selling our family home. | My wife Catherine and I needed to purchase a home quickly as the one we were renting was in the process of being sold. We knew the communities we wanted to live in and we happened to meet Debbie's husband Michael at an open house in one of those communities. We loved his personality and he let us know that his wife was the listing agent and we could always reach out to her with any questions we may have. A couple weeks went by and we set up a meeting at their office in Irvine. Debbie was very informative and the guide she gave us as first time homebuyers really explained a lot of key pieces about the home buying process. The whole buying process was extremely easy due to everything Debbie took care of for us. She was very flexible with our work schedules and always came prepared with the necessary paperwork we needed to sign. Every question we came at her with she had an answer for right then or emailed us within a few hours. Debbie also worked with the selling agent to make sure all of the maintenance that was needed from the inspection was done in a satisfactory way. We'd heard so many nightmares from our friends about buying a home but Debbie made it easy for us and we're extremely happy and thankful to her for everything she did.
