Get to Know Deb Sipfle
I was born and raised in New Zealand, my home town is Dunedin in the scenic South Island. I moved to America in 1987 to attend Harding University where I meet my husband. I have been married for eighteen plus years and together we have three children. I have been a soccer and band Mom for 10+ years. My Son play for Boulder County Force and My Daughter plays with the Longmont Youth Symphony. My previous experience includes the care of disabled adults and children and retail sales in a specialty toys and collectable dolls store. My hobbies include crafts, home improvement projects and exploring the beautiful state of Colorado. I feel blessed to be able to say that my career in Real Estate is something I enjoy very much, am I believe that enhances the service I am able to give my clients.
I have worked in Real Estate since 1999, and I am a member of the Longmont Association of Realtors. I have served on the Public Relations, New Letter and Education committees. I am an award winning Agent both locally and nationally. I am a founding member of the Special Agent Team at ERA Tradewind, The Special Agent team is a group of individual Agents who share similar goals and work ethics and strive to offer our clients a high degree of professional representation.
I offer buyers and sellers care driven service with an understanding of the needs of a family and customers with special needs. I am detail orientated, like to research the market and I am very observant. I consider it an honor and a privalidge to work with sellers and buyers as they sell and purchase their personal residences and investment properties. Buying and selling Real Estate can be one of the most stressful tranactions in my clients lives so I strive to make the whole experiance as stress free as possible. My clients decribe me as easy going and fun to work with and know I am looking out for their instrests and that I will represent them throughout the whole transaction.
