Chief Technology Officer, Burgess & Niple, Inc.: I first met Dean while serving briefly as Branch Manager for the Columbus branch of Indecon back in 1991. Dean was the sole sales representative for the branch and was an outstanding resource who has since then always served as an example of the ideal for this type of role. He is a great communicator, has a fantastic demeanor and way with people, and is extremely intelligent as reflected in his ability to so quickly learn all there is to know about what he is selling, to whom he is selling and what is his potential customers' true business need. Much of what I've learned and practiced over the years relative to true Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management has come from what I have learned from Dean.
