Walk-through Consultations:  Geared toward the budget conscious do it yourselfer.

On average I spend two hours with the sellers including  hands on furniture arrangement and detailing that can be done on the spot.   We talk about everything from curb appeal to furnishings and art.  We recommend updates that give you a competitive edge.  The sellers walk, work and make a priorty check list as we go.
