I believe that attention to detail and the ability to keep my clients informed through the real estate and financing process makes their real estate transactions a pleasurable experience. I have been in Real Estate since 1998, first as an Investor, which gave me the ins and outs of the customers points of view and then as an Agent, which gave me the knowledge and expertise to help my customers achieve their investment goals.

A proud father of 3 wonderful boys and happily married for almost 18 years, (yes, with the same wife!), grew up in Miami Beach and moved to SWFL in 2003 to open a Real Estate & Mortgage Office Branch, which originally I opened in Miami. I L-O-V-E SWFL, the small town feeling, beautiful beaches, not so crowded streeets and the great real estate opportunities made my decision easy. I still go to Miami Beach, which is my city, to get my dose of crazyness, see the wonderful hi-rises, enjoy fine dinning and to take a walk in SOBE.

I was recently certified by NAR as Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Expert, desigantion that is helping me boost my Real Estate Business with the current market needs. I am also an active Licensed Mortgage Broker and still do some loans here and there. I specialize in Foreign Investors and Relocations, helping them with their investment portfolios in Florida, finding, buying, selling and managing their investments as well as finding, seting-up and getting their new place ready if they decide to move this way.

Creo firmemente que atencion al detalle y la habilidad de mantener informados a mis clientes en cada paso de la transaccion inmobiliaria o del financiamiento hacen que cada transaccion sea placentera. Empeze en Bienes Raices en 1998, primero como inversionista, lo que me dio el entendiemiento de lo que busca cada uno de mis clientes, y luego como asociado que me dio el conocimiento para lograr ayudar a que mis clientes alcanzen sus metas de inversion.

Soy un orgullos padre de 3 hermosos varones y estoy felizmente casado ya casi 18 años, (Con la misma esposa!) Me crie en Miami Beach y me mude al Sur-Oeste de la Florida en el 2003 para abrir una segunda oficina de nuestra compañia de Bienes Inmuebles e Hipotecas, fundada originalmente en Miami en el 2001. Me encanta el Sur-Oeste de la Florida, el sentir de ciudad pequeña, sus playas, sus calles no congestionadas y las maravillosas oportunidades en el mercado Inmobiliario, factores que influyeron en que mi decision de mudarme sea mas facil. Todavia me gusta visitar Miami Beach, la que considero mi ciudad, y darme mis dosis de locura, disfrutar de su arquitectura, la buena comida y darme un paseo por SOBE.

Recientemente fui certificado por la Asociacion Nacional de Agentes Inmobiliarios como especialista en Ventas Rapidas (Cortas) y Embargos, desigancion que me ha ayudado a conseguir mas clientes. Tambien soy Licenciado Corredor de Hipotecas/Prestamos y hago uno que otro prestamo pero en realidad me especializo en clientes extranjeros y re-ubicaciones ayudandolos con las compras-ventas y administracion de sus propiedades de Inversion asi como tambien en re-ubicar nuevas familias en el area.

Ya saben, si tienen un referido para esta area por favor no duden en enviarmelo, yo lo tratare como a un diamante porque los clientes felices seran una fuente constante de referidos.
