Raised and educated in Arizona, Dane Briggs has seen the Valley of the Sun grow tremendously in the past 20 years and is proud to be a part of its growth today. Dane has been part of owning businesses since 1997 and brings that experience to the Real Estate industry.  The 10+ years of experience in the business world have given Dane a strong ability to negotiate for his clients.  Originally licensed as Real Estate Agent in 2003, Dane remembers working before the big housing boom of 2004 and 2005. 

 Real Estate has been a passion of mine for many years.  I enjoy the analytical approach to helping people buy and sell homes. These days I am lucky enough to spend every day working side by side with my wife who is the Designated Broker of our company.  Being part of a real estate team with my wife and her mother allows me to give my clients the type of service they deserve.

Whether it is spending hours investigating rental properties for clients that are looking to increase their monthly cash flow, or helping home owners figure a way to get out from under their home that may turn to foreclosure.  We make it a staple of our business to provide the type of customer service to our clients that has been missing in the industry the past few years.  

My other team members are Jacquelyn Briggs and Carol Boles.  Jacquelyn and Carol have been working together in Real Estate for many years.  Carol was a top agent for a large local company for many years before branching out on her own to start Firebird Realty.

We love being in Real Estate and we bring that enthusiasm into every transaction.  This is an exciting time to be involved with Real Estate and the daily changes make for an ever changing landscape for buying and selling.  We take pride in keeping up to date with what is happening in the market!
