As a Fayette County resident for more than 30 years, I know the area like few others. The sale of my clients' current home or the purchase of their new home is of utmost importance to her. I earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation my first year in real estate, which was in 2002.  I then received my GRI designation shortly after that.  My local REALTOR board involvement includes chairperson for several committees such as our Education Committee and the Awards Committee.  I have been a State Director for the past two years for my board and attend the Georgia Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS conventions on a regular basis.  I love and appreciate the education they both offer and at virtually no cost to me.  I am currently working on my CRS designation and look forward to completing it.

Each year I participate in the Volunteer Day that Harry Norman, REALTORS hosts at our local thrift store "The Clothes Less Traveled".  We, as a group, swap out the seasonal items and the store pays and the money is donated to the local charities of our choice.  It is such a fun day and we can do some shopping as well.  I have also participated in Noel November, our local board's charity event, that occurs each year and is a Christmas themed event with silent auctions, live auctions, a children's choir, and fun events for the families during the day.  My favorite event each year, which I chaired several years ago, is the Women's Council of REALTORS Charity Golf Tournament.  It is a wonderful event that brings REALTORS, vendors, Brokers, etc. together for some fun golf and a great cause.
