I got my licence in 1979 and have been full time since 1994. I was on County Council from 1995 until 2003. All areas of the Midlands- central South Carolina. I have sold over 40 homes that I listed after another agent was unable to sell them. I have done many short sales- when the house must sell for less than the mortgage amount. Having worked in mortgage servicing I know how to negotiate with mortgage lenders and how to deal with bankrupcy and foreclosure.
