Dave graduated from New Mexico State University in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a finance major. He did some of his undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in 1997. He has 7 years of banking experience prior to starting his real estate career. Having this experience and educational background gives him an advantage for helping home buyers through the finance process.

Dave has been serving the Twin Cities metro area since 2002 and provides a one-stop-shopping experience for home buyers and sellers. He started out selling new construction and moved into existing home sales in late 2003. Having the new construction background gives him a huge advantage in understanding the behind the scenes aspects of home buying and selling.  
Throughout his career, a majority of his business has been coming from outstanding past client referrals. This is something he is proud of because he does the same thing when he finds great service from a professional that is passionate about their work and helping their clients…Believe us, he tells everyone about them!  Whether it is relocating out of state, moving within the Twin Cities to a larger or smaller home, or buying a first home – his clients really do enjoy the experience and become educated in real estate at the same time. Client Services Manager – Kendra Books

Kendra graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with degrees in both advertising and Spanish. She has world experience from studying abroad in Spain and Costa Rica. Kendra has been in the customer service industry for several years, giving her experience in assisting clients and making sure their experience is above and beyond. She is the main point of contact once the purchase agreement is in place. She ensures it is a smooth transition from contract to closing.
