I have been married to Becky for twenty years. We have two wonderful children, Sara who is 18 and Paul is 9. There is not enough room in this section to describe my children.
Now on to other things, during high school i started as a part time DJ at KTPA in Prescott, Arkansas and after graduation I moved to a full time position at KHPA in Hope. DJ's move around alot and four radio stations and 11 years later I found myself in Searcy at KWCK. Married at this time, plus a sweet little girl, it was time to settle down and that's how Searcy became our home. After leaving radio in 1999 and selling manufactured homes for six years, Real Estate was the natural next step for me. I've been in communications since I was seventeen years old, so communication with people just comes natural. I love meeting, getting to know and communicating with people. And, that's what Real Estate is all about.
David will be a Realtor for six years and love this opportunity. Over the last six years my niche has devoloped in selling manufactured homes with land. Now that's not all I do, but because of my history in the factory built industry that the majority of my sales. When buying a factory built home with land you get a whole lotta house for alot less money. I also list and sell site built houses but don't send anything because it's a manufactured home. If you don't want to list a manufactured home, refer it to me.
Time, Dedication and Communication to my clients is how I describe myself. You time is one of the most valuable things you have, so when it comes time to sell or purchase a home I put that first.
