| We Just bought our house and are loving it so much. David helped us a lot throughout our buying process . He was the first realtor we went to and were recommended by our neighbor .He did great job helping us get our dream house. He was responsive and easy to get hold of. He drove us around to multiple places until we found the place we liked. He is professional, has lots of patience and friendly which makes it easy to go through the house hunting and buying process which can become frustrating. Our seller was not very easy to work with and he did great job dealing with them through out the negotiation phase and later. I also appreciated that he is uptodate with the technology and gave us option to do most of the paper siging electronically through application online . I did all the contract signing and other document review and signing through my phone and work computer while at work, saving me a lot of time. At the end, we ended up with the house we liked and he still stays in touch. I would recommend working with him if you are looking for a good realtor to work with. |
