| If you want an agent with knowledge about real estate, Dave is the best agent out there! He was low pressure and worked his butt off for us. We hated getting annoying calls and emails. Dave never once harassed us, and we liked his readiness when it was the right time, as he was always their to answer his phone. If you need an agent that is very hard working and cares about your concerns, he is the best agent! Love that guy! |

| Dave is the 4th agent we have used in a few different states relocating here and there, and by far has been the best Agent of everyone we have used. I see why he is highly recommended by everyone. When people talk about him in such positive things, you know you have a good agent. He is upfront, honest, and worked very hard for us, and was awesome at negotiating. He is who I would recommend and wouldnt' use any other agent EVER again! |

| Dave was absolutely awesome. We were very nervous buying a home and from start to finish we felt absolutely no pressure. Dave showed us a number of homes and kept telling us, we will know when the right one comes along. Today we are at our new home and cannot thank Dave enough for his patience and making this easier than we ever expected. |
