Get to Know Dave Jordan
Born in California, I grew up in Yakima, Washington where I learned the value of hardwork in orchard country. From age 12 everything I wanted I had to buy and pay for by myself so I quickly learned the value of money! I graduated from Naches High School in 1975 and enlisted in the US Army for four years. I was stationed at Ft Lewis for three years and spent a year in the Republic of South Korea. My wife and I decided to stay in Pierce County when I got out of the service, having purchased our first home in Tacoma. For the next ten years I worked as a welder/fabricator/boiler maker.I know what it is like to be a shift worker and commute to Seattle for work! (I also know what it's like to go to college and work full time while attending)
I began my real estate career as a full-time salesperson for ERA Pacific Realty in 1989. This was an exciting time for real estate in the Northwest with rapidly escalating prices and multiple offers. The first time I had a listing last more than 30 days on the market I went in to my Broker's office and asked him what I was doing wrong! He had to educate me as to what was "normal".

If people make a commitment to work with me I will go to extradordinary lengths to provide service. My clients get my attention to their needs. Lately I have had out-of-state clients and I have been their "eyes, ears, and legs" in looking after their properties.
I work in Pierce, Thurston, King and Kitsap Counties. Over the years I have had REO clients with properties from Ashford to Seattle, Enumclaw to Littlerock and everywhere in between! I live in Puyallup and my office is just 5 minutes from my home.
