As a native to Arkansas selling homes and land is what I love and do best. Working with buyers, sellers, & investors is such a reward. My reward gets me to my BIG "Y" in life...my boys! I am a self-made man, a bit of a "Jack Of All Trades" if you will. I have found that to be an extraordinary Real Estate Professional, you do have to know a little bit of everything in order to give your clients a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Before becoming the Real Estate Agent I am today, I dabbled in various different career path options. I completed Culinary School young, then started gaining my vast experiences on the feild. I was in Customer Service jobs for over 5 years, and then I worked at AT&T for a few years. I found myself starting to branch out, always in jobs concerning Sales, Customer Service, and Internal Networking.
Finally I put them all together in a real career I am confident and proud to represent. Not to knock any previous employers, but I had finally found something that I could love and grow within. The Real Estate Industry is something I could combine my love for helping others, being dependable, and broad education and skills into. I choose to always continue growing, and learning - the more knowledge about this industry the better! This is exactly how I became a specialist in almost everything you would need for a transaction.
As for me personally, I love to run and bike and have competed in several marathons within the community. The most recent was the Big Dam Bridge 100 Bike Ride, and I am currently in training for some up coming runs. I love to travel and be active, ride horses and hang out with my boys. I love my family and friends and always enjoy their company.

| I was referred to David Dunlap by a few friends in the military who purchased homes in the Little Rock area. As a first time homebuyer, purchasing a home can be a stressful, confusing, and sometimes frustrating process. However, David Dunlap goes above and beyond, and makes the process of buying a home simple, fun, and straight-forward. Furthermore, David is always readily available to answer all the questions I had, as well as, offered detailed advice from researching homes to the closing process. He scheduled appointments around my busy and sometimes unforgiving military schedule. Not only is David Dunlap an expert in the Little Rock area, but he grew up here. | Wow, what can I say about David Dunlap. I wanted to sell my house and was convinced in my mind I would have to go thru a short sale. Not only did David have multiple offers on the table within days of listing my house, he worked it out so no short sale was needed. Having David Dunlap sell my house was by far the best thing I could have chosen. I cannot thank him enough. |
