I can help your clients with a variety of credit histories, even scores in the 500's, and as little as one day out of bankruptcy (with discharge papers), various income ranges and employment status (retired or self employed).
Currently I can pre approve a full doc loan with a credit score of 580 at 100% financing. I also have another creative program that with a motivated and cooperative seller I can do 100% financing with a score as low as 525.
