ABOUT DARCIE
Darcie has spent the past eight years in the real estate, mortgage and property management industries. Her background in these different industries has given her a well rounded level of expertise. She is dedicated to continually educating herself to ensure that her clients not only have the confidence that she is knowledgeable and experienced, but also that she is trustworthy and caring. The process of buying or selling a home is a very emotional and exciting time and Darcie invests all of the time needed to ensure that her clients will have a smooth ride from the beginning to the end.
Darcie’s background in the mortgage industry as a loan coordinator and loan processor gives her extensive knowledge of the procedures involved in lending. She was responsible for reviewing credit reports, finding appropriate loan programs, analyzing income, inputting loans for automated approvals, reviewing title reports and appraisals, obtaining all loan conditions and working closely with real estate agents, lenders and escrow agents until the loan closed.
Additionally Darcie has several years of experience in residential property management and handled all processes including but not limited to marketing for properties, qualifying tenants, move-in and move-out inspections, all maintenance issues, preparing property lease agreements and collecting rents. Darcie continues to educate herself on proper leasing and rental procedures, proper marketing and advertising practices as well staying current with the federal, state and local laws regarding fair housing by attending seminars and classes throughout the year.
As a licensed realtor Darcie is experienced in locating properties, preparing a comparative market analysis, preparing a cost analysis, analyzing title reports, handling a sale or purchase from beginning to end, working closely with agents, lenders, escrow personnel and brokers to ensure that proper communication is kept throughout the transaction.
ABOUT CHARLIE
Charlie has 28 years of experience as a licensed general contractor. He has completed projects that include custom homes, additions, remodels, hardscape and landscaping, swimming pools, commercial tenant improvements and industrial buildings. He is known in the Temecula Valley for his dedication, effective and meticulous supervision of projects and putting in the long hours it takes to insure that work is completed on schedule and the customer's expectations are exceeded.
His experience and knowledge in the construction industry make me uniquely qualified and give him a well-rounded level of expertise in the real estate field. His experience and knowledge also give him the ability to complete the pre-purchase home inspections and prepare detailed cost estimates for repairs and upgrades Charlie stays on top of this ever changing market and continually educates himself so that he is always prepared for his clients.
