The old way of selling a home doesn't work very well. For a home to sell quickly, it must be in market condition and at market price. If a home meets these two criteria, all it takes is potential buyers. It is no longer acceptable to only market in the traditional ways. I have developed a marketing strategy that reaches out to buyers in non-traditional ways.
