| My wife and I are moving from CA to FL, and our selling agent who sold our house here in CA recommended Danny for our house searching in FL. Being new to FL, I relied on Danny to help me find a new house in an excellent location, and Danny absolutely delivered. We met around noon on my first day of house-hunting, and Danny had a number of houses lined up, ready to view. We traveled the greater Orlando area, looking at 9 houses total that day. It was a long, tiring day, but Danny was very efficient in our travels, and had excellent information on each house we viewed. The next day, we decided to view a few more houses before flying back to CA, so Danny set up a few more houses to view at the last minute. After deciding on the house we wanted, Danny helped up every step of they, even providing us with an outstanding mortgage agent after our first mortgage agent dropped the ball on our home purchase. He was also able to drop the price on our new home by several thousand dollars. Excellent and outstanding service from Danny Dhannu! |

| Danny was always on time and very responsive. When additional help was needed to get the job done he put the resources of his office behind getting the deal closed. When the deal was done once again there was some challenges and Danny was quick to jump in and go above and beyond to get the job done. When I originally looked for a realtor I asked three different agents for a response. Danny answered with in the hour and followed up, the second agent answered the next day and the third agent in three days. It was obvious who was going to get the job done. |
