I have been involved in real estate since 2001. But, I have been involved in sales and negotiations for over 30 years. I have much experience in working with people to help them focus their requirements and then instigate a successful strategy plan to bring that to a successful conclusion. My involvement with Remax Omega as a sales representitive is a great help to my clients. Our company office has been around for over 30 years so has lots of market presence and knowledge in our area. Our company does more than a third of all the transactions in our geographic area so we have the contacts and the homes that people want.
Our market area is in York region and the towns we do our business in is along the Yonge street corridor that runs north of Toronto. These include Richmond Hill, Oak Ridges, Aurora, Newmarket, Bradford, Keswick and the Innisfill/Georgina area.
We have a very successful marketing program for first time buyers in helping them understand the home buying process from pre qualifying them financially, to the home viewing process and the successful conclusion of the home purchase. We educate them along the way and take the time and the patience to make their first time purchase as stress free as possible.
We list and sell hundreds homes a year so we have a large marketing presence in the local print media for our Seller clients as well as our successful inhouse marketing programs to get their homes sold fast and for top dollar. Our approach is a caring and professional one for our clients and is always their best interests at the core of our business.
