I am a Real Estate Broker in the Triangle of North Carolina. I am also the founder and owner of Carolina Lighthouse Staging & Redesign, author and a natural-born entrepreneur . Born in Brazil, raised in Europe and having lived in 9 different countries, I know the experience of moving, selling and buying a home all too well. I am honored that my clients have complimented me for my enthusiasm, tenacity, persuasiveness and intense customer focus and dependability. Within the first month of starting my staging company, I staged 17 homes with 90% selling in under a week. Prior to real estate, I have owned serval businesses in the education industry and as a mom of three children; I get the dynamics what families need when moving to a new neighborhood, state or country. I specializes in applying my expertise and knowledge of North Carolina schools, neighborhoods and real estate market to residential home owners and buyers. In addition to being an active volunteer in her community at Cary Park, I love to fish, hike, coffee and road trips with my family. One thing you may not know about her is she is I'm expert at untying knots!
Being a Real Estate Agent and Stager is more like a hobby as I enjoy sharing the best of what the Triangle has to offer and showing homes in their best possible light.

| Dana is the agent you need! She has the compassion, drive, and integrity needed to make deals happen. Every real estate deal is going to have issues - EVERY ONE - so, you need an agent that is calm, cool, and collected to wade through these issues and make either the buyer or the seller or in her case BOTH see the way through it. I generally don't like real estate agents - just being honest - but I like Dana! |

| Dana was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive. I really appreciated her attention to detail with each home she showed us. She made me feel like she cared about all of our questions and concerns and was a great advocate for us during negotiations when we purchased our home.
