Having lived a "gypsy" livestyle nearly all of my life,  experiencing as a child and an adult the trials, tribulations and joys of moving all over the country and overseas, I understand the anxiety, excitement, and apprehension of buying and selling a home.  Finally, returning to Texas in 1984, and being able to plant some roots, Wall & Associates was created in 1988 as a boutique real estate company which primarily focused on the executive and luxury home market in northern Collin County.  As times and markets changed, the company has remained boutique being small in size but large on customer service and we adapted to the market. Our office is now located in Plano which allows easy access to any part of the Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Included in our services are Executive Property Management and Leasing, Short Sales and Foreclosures and working with investors both locally and out of state, in addition to assisting buyers and sellers in all of their real estate needs.  Having created a Mentoring Program for one of the largest real estate companies in Dallas and helping develop an educational program, as a broker ,I bring a lot of education and experience to the table for my associates.  With a support staff including a Transaction Coordinator, Relocation Coordinator and Marketing and Technology Coordinator, our agents are free do to what they do best and that's to interact with their clients and grow their business.  We are members of both the Collin County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors, ERC and other relocation organizations.
