My background has always been in real estate in one phase or another. Growing up in a family of brokers and builders, I found real estate to be fascinating at a very young age.
Over 35 year later, I am still buying raw land and farmland as an investor in California and in Arizona. I believe that real estate is one of the best investment you can have, INCLUDING A HOME.
