| Having relocated for my employment multiple times over the last 20 years, I was well aware that the home buying process can be an extremely stressful and potentially painful experience. | Catherine was instrumental in making sure the staging was appropriate, and she had a lot of insight as to how a house in our price range should look. We are thankful for all her hard work and for the fact that it sold quickly and for $1,259,000 (100% of List Price.) There were issues that came up with our lender, who was clearly inexperienced and over his head, and Catherine kept on task calling and e-mailing to make sure everyone was on top of their deadlines according to the contract. She is able to tackle difficult problems with ease and professionalism and she sent updates with very clear information. We have used Catherine for the sale/purchase of three properties and she is the ONLY REALTOR we would use. |

| Catherine is extremely efficient, creative in her approach to achieve the desired results, and effective in delivering upon the targeted objective. She made us feel as though we were her only customer (which we know is not the case!) She was accessible at all times of the day or week. She did whatever it took to ensure that the deal progressed. And in the end, we closed at $182/square foot, vs. the market of $120/square foot, because of her appropriate focus to market the differences in the house. Catherine is an amazing asset for any organization. |
