I have been selling real estate for the since 2005. I have learned so much and know that there is always lots more to learn. Since I have started I have met so many great people, many of whom I never would have had the opportunity to meet.
Real estate sales are everchanging and keeping people's needs in mind is what helps to make sure that everything I do is in my client's best interest. Customers are just as important and treating customers fairly and honestly helps transactions close easier.

Certifications
I have worked with many first time homebuyers and sellers. This can be very scary for the people involved and understanding that fear helps put them at ease and allows me to better help them reach their real estate goals.
I have also had the opportunity to work on some transactions involving 1031 exchanges. As complicated as it can be, the tax benefits are terrific. Helping buyers and sellers find a trusted intermediary is very important to a smooth transaction.
