Obtained my first Real Estate License back in 1983 when I lived in Ohio. For those of you who remember... that was the time when interest rates were "thru the roof" They hovered between 10% and 14% and we were STILL selling homes. This goes to show that homes will be bought and sold no matter what the financial climate is!
I obtained my BS in business from Ohio University and was a management consultant working primarily in Toronto Canada. I helped "tweak" our clients operating systemsmaking them more efficient thereby saving them over a million dollars per year.
Later I took a position in Pittsburgh as a division manager for a bakery company. I managed people and interacted with customers on a daily basis. I retired from this postition and relocated to the Lebanon area so that we could be closer to our son who lives in West Chester along with his wife and 2 kids.
I decided that I wanted to get back into real estate because I liked interacting with and helping people. I love the challenges that it affords me. Every day is unique and no two transactions are alike.
With the economy not showing signs of much improvement I feel my certification in distressed properties (CDPE) will be of use to many people by helping them overcome poor financial situations and letting them get on with their lives.
I also specialize in first time buyers, and the "seasoned" buyer. I am very detailed oriented and will make your transaction as stress free as possible. I have the SRES designation which means I have expertise working with the over 55 set. I actually live in an over 55 community so I know what I am talking about. I also have my e-Pro designation which helps me to stay on top of all the new emerging technology that enables me to sell homes quicker.
