Craig Young has 33 Years as a Real Estate Professional –Real Estate Broker Owner, Real Estate listing and sales, Real Estate Appraisal, Property Development and Consulting, Architecture and Mortgage brokering comprise the bundle of skills and experience Craig and his team offers.

Craig from an early age worked beside his father in his home country of New Zealand. His father was a cabinet maker, draftsman and builder- developer. This ignited Craig’s passion in property and he started an Architectural Degree at Auckland University. This transferred to a Real Estate Degree and in 1980 he obtained a Diploma in Valuation- a 4 year appraisal and real estate degree.

After working in New Zealand as an appraiser he moved to California in 1984 and ultimately co-owned an appraisal company in Calabasas. This company specialized in valuing luxury residential properties throughout the Los Angeles basin.

Craig moved to Phoenix in 1994 and commenced his career in Real Estate sales. Drawing from his experience in other real estate disciplines, he instantly created a presence for himself sourcing lots for both custom home builders and clients and assisted with planning and marketing luxury spec homes in the Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale markets.

Craig was co-owner of REMAX at the Village from 2007-2013 and while surviving the tumultuous markets of 2007 and 2008 rebounded   in 2013 to generate $23 million in sales alone.

Craig  in 2014 has rebranded  himselfto offer a more diverse, current and professional level of service .
