My name is Craig Laezzo and I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Connecticut. Additionally, I am a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors.
Furthermore, I possess a burning desire and an extreme sense of passion in working in the real estate field. Also, I love to work with new clients to help them achieve the enjoyment of home ownership as well as being a trusted resource and advisor to my past clients.
Lastly, in addition to working with both sellers and buyers I also thoroughly enjoy training and mentoring new agents in my office. Finally, I have several years of experience as a Licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Connecticut.
In my position as a real estate broker and office manager I have the unique opportunity of working several agents and instructing them on proper real estate sales procedures and proper business etiquette. Furthermore, with my hands on approach to working with my fellow agents I have had the opportunity to work with not only my own clients but theirs as well. Suffice it to say I have gained a wealth of experience, knowledge and knowhow and have gained a tremendous understanding of working all facets of the residential real estate market.
Additionally, in the recent past I have worked for several years as a licensed mortgage broker who has closed many home and investment property loans. With this experience I am very well suited to guide my clients through the ever increasingly involved mortgaging process. In conclusion, my real estate experience has allowed me to become proficient in working with first time home buyers as well as listing homes of the entire real estate spectrum including high end homes and condominiums. Finally, I specialize in real estate predominantly located in Fairfield and New Haven Counties of Connecticut.
