Colleen Perry’s family has been in Stanislaus County since the mid 1800’s. Her Great Grandfather was a businessman and farmer and founding member of the Turlock Irrigation District. Her Grandfather was a Turlock City Council Member and Turlock Police Commissioner for many years. Her Grandmother was the first women to buy and drive a car in Turlock.
A graduate of Turlock High School, Colleen attended Modesto Junior College and finally California State University at Stanislaus. She first obtained her Real Estate License in 1976, but was busy raising three sons, two who recently served in the military. She returned to full time real estate sales in 2001.
