I'm looking forward to a great year in 2010 and hope you are too! Having joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty in fall 2007 I know the real estate market is ready for a change. In preparation for what is to come I recently completed the new Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certificate offered by the National Association of REALTORS. Having started work on my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation last year, this summer will be the final chapter of GRI and sitting for the Broker license exam. Residential resells are the bulk of my business but if you are looking for horse property I can help!
In addition to Coweta county I also serve the surrounding areas of Carroll, Fayette, Meriwether, Pike and Spalding. All these have a country feel with in-town, rural subdivisions and equestrian properties. Several of the county hubs participate in either the Main Street or Better Hometown programs administered by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. If you like that old town feel we have it for you here!
Of course all these areas are close enough to Atlanta to take advantage of all that a big city can offer. If getting to the airport is important both Coweta and Fayette are an easy commute to Hartsfield International.
