A lifetime resident of the Dallas / Fort Worth metropolitan area, I was born in Irving and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in the field of Education. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in the corporate world as a workers' compensation adjuster handling claims in various states throughout the country. While doing so provided me with a background of negotiation skills and allowed me the ability to utilize by education background with clients and colleagues, it no longer afforded me the amount of time appropriate to provide a level of customer service commensurate with my personal standards. That being said, I can honestly say that my prior career left me with invaluable tools that I use every day as a REALTOR®.
I work with first time home buyers, experienced home buyers, sellers and investors. I provide my clients with the education necessary to make a purchase or sale that makes sense for their situation.

I pride myself in honestly listening to my client's needs and working jointly with them to achieve their goals.
My sellers are provided with the necessary facts, not just a CMA, to place them ahead of the market and get their home sold for the best possible price and in the shortest amount of time. I utilize multiple websites to advertize their listings and take more than the standard number of photographs of a property to ensure I have any possible photo needed for a potential buyer.
By presenting my clients with the facts, recommendations and research necessary, my clients are able to own the decisions they make in the world of real estate.
