Following a 25-year career in the broadcasting industry as developer/producer/anchor of speciality radio talk shows including six years as a nationally syndicated host with the Business Radio Network I transitioned into business development consulting. Since the mid 1990s I have helped investors establish and grow successful businesses in retail consumer lending.

In 2002 through early 2007 my activities were focussed on business development for clients engaged in the modular housing sector = REAL house and NOT to be confused with doublewide trailer-homes! 

Within five years, through my Home Buiklders Consulting Group, close to 200 homes completed and sold and then by mid 2007, the great collapse got under way and the same financial vacuum that most of you had to endure!

Fortunately, my Charleston SC location commenced a real estate recovery in 2012 which was evidencing robust sustainability to a point where in 2013 I reactivated my interest in new home marketing and joined the management team of New Beginnings Construction as Consultant Sales & Marketing Director of their newly formed custom home Division. 

Subsequent Consulative relationships  focused on Business Development for Construction Management Services SC and several speciality home remodelers.

Currently working to develop the interest of REALTORS and BICs located in the Greater Charleston/Tri County South Carolina markets regarding TRUE "Net Zero" energy-efficient homes designed and built for Buyers (home owners and investors) who demand quality semi-custom construction combined with MINIMAL monthly power bills!
