Realtors since June 2004 and working together as a "Team", we have been involved with servicing both buyers and sellers.  We are prepared to move into the Short Sale and REO market as listing agents.   We have been with Associated Brokers from the start of our Real Estate careers.

As a former business owner and Executive Director for a non-profit organization with training in administration, Nancy brings to the team strong organizational skills that will ensure an orderly, complete and precise transaction process. 

With "no nonsense" negotiating skills and attention to every detail, Craig will successfully maintain and sustain each REO listing from beginning to end with clear communication and strong ethical representation.

Both Craig and Nancy are college educated with strong grammar and communication skills.  We have continued to further our training in this ever-changing Real Estate market, familiarizing ourselves with Short Sales and REO's through Harris Real Estate University, a one year program with REO certification, weekly updates and training as well as on-call coaching and America's Home Rescue Short Sale Training.
