Hello, we are Craig and Nancy Cook the "Yuba-Sutter Cook Team".  We have lived in the Yuba Sutter area for the majority of our lives, having raised our children and now grandchildren here.  Though only Realtors for six years, our background is in Real Estate as Craig's father was a contractor and Nancy's father, a retired SR-71 navigator from our local Beale Air Force Base and Broker/owner of one of the larger Real Estate Firms in the area in the late 70's-80's.  As business owners in the Yuba Sutter Area for over ten years, we have grown to love our community.

The Yuba Sutter area is a great place to live, offering a "small town" feel with a Saturday Farmer's Market, community concerts, a brand new water park, a great newly renovated downtown area in Yuba City, and much much more!  We have the Sierra Nevada's only two hours away in one direction and the coastal range three hours the other direction, numerous lakes for watersports and fishing and great places for camping and hiking.  We look forward to the opportunity to introduce you to the great place we call "home".
