On a personal note, I am married and we have 4 children. We currently reside in the Arvada area, a surburb of Denver. I have lived in Denver since 1979 and the state of Colorado has been our home for many years. We love our Rocky Mountain lifestyle. Our family enjoys skiing, golf, water sports and vacationing. All of which we can do right at home. I am eager to share my knowledge of the community with you. I have done quite a bit of research about schools, neighborhoods, parks, recreation and other community issues. I am extraordinarily passionate about what I do. It's not simply real estate; it's all about people. I am looking forward to meeting you!
Karen's Strengths:
My strengths in Denver real estate are Marketing, Negotiating and Contract Law.
